Señor Jesucristo, creo firmemente que estás presente en el Santísimo Sacramento del altar. Te adoro, Señor mío y Dios mío. Aquí estoy, ante Ti, humilde y pequeño, a los pies de Tu altar sagrado.

En Tu presencia, el tiempo se detiene. Los temores se callan. El corazón encuentra lo que tanto ha buscado sin saberlo: a Ti. Solo a Ti.

No vengo con palabras preparadas ni con grandes virtudes. Vengo tal como soy — con mis dudas, mis cansancios, mis alegrías y mis heridas. Recíbeme, Señor, como eres: misericordioso y lleno de ternura.

Tú que eres el mismo ayer, hoy y siempre — aquí estás. Conmigo. En este momento.

Lord Jesus Christ, I firmly believe that You are truly present in the Most Blessed Sacrament of the altar. I adore You, my Lord and my God. Here I am, before You, humble and small, at the foot of Your holy altar.

In Your presence, time stands still. Fears grow quiet. The heart finds what it has always longed for without knowing it: You. Only You.

I do not come with prepared words or great virtues. I come as I am — with my doubts, my weariness, my joys and my wounds. Receive me, Lord, as You are: merciful and full of tenderness.

You who are the same yesterday, today, and forever — here You are. With me. In this moment.

Señor mío Jesucristo, Dios verdadero y hombre verdadero: Te adoro en la Hostia santa, donde Tú mismo estás presente — Tu Cuerpo, Tu Sangre, Tu Alma y Tu Divinidad.

¡Qué grande eres, Señor! Los ángeles cubren su rostro ante Tu gloria. Los cielos proclaman Tu majestad. Y sin embargo, Tú te quedas aquí, en el silencio de este sagrario, esperándonos. Con una paciencia que no merecemos. Con un amor que no alcanzamos a comprender.

My Lord Jesus Christ, true God and true Man: I adore You in the Sacred Host, where You Yourself are present — Your Body, Your Blood, Your Soul, and Your Divinity.

How great You are, Lord! The angels veil their faces before Your glory. The heavens proclaim Your majesty. And yet, You remain here, in the silence of this tabernacle, waiting for us — with a patience we do not deserve, with a love we cannot begin to comprehend.

Holy, Holy, Holy is the Lord God of hosts. Heaven and earth are full of Your glory.

Lord, I adore You. Not because I must, but because I want to. Because You are worthy of all praise, all glory, all honor. Forever and always. Amen.

Señor, vengo ante Ti con el corazón humilde y contrito. Reconozco que muchas veces me he alejado de Ti. Que he buscado en el mundo lo que solo Tú puedes dar. Que te he fallado con mis palabras, mis pensamientos y mis obras.

Perdóname, Señor. Límpiame con Tu misericordia. Tú eres el Cordero de Dios, que quita el pecado del mundo. Tú eres la fuente de la que brota el perdón para todos los que acuden a Ti con sinceridad.

No me alejes de Tu presencia. Tú no rechazas a los que vienen con humildad. En Ti confío.

Lord, I come before You with a humble and contrite heart. I acknowledge that I have often strayed from You. That I have sought in the world what only You can give. That I have failed You in my words, my thoughts, and my deeds.

Forgive me, Lord. Cleanse me with Your mercy. You are the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world. You are the fountain from which forgiveness springs for all who come to You in sincerity.

Do not turn me away from Your presence. You do not reject those who come with humility. In You I trust.

Los discípulos de Emaús caminaron toda la tarde junto a Jesús sin reconocerlo. Estaban tristes, confundidos, con el corazón partido por la muerte de su Maestro. Y sin embargo, Él caminaba con ellos. Les explicaba las Escrituras. Les ardía el corazón por dentro... y no sabían por qué.

Así somos nosotros, Señor. Corremos de un lado a otro durante la semana sin verte. Cargamos penas sin contártelas. Tomamos decisiones sin consultarte. Pasamos días enteros sin detenernos a escucharte.

Pero Tú sigues caminando a nuestro lado. Paciente. Fiel. Sin reproches. Esperando el momento en que digamos: «Quédate con nosotros, Señor. Se hace tarde.»

Y cuando al fin nos detenemos — como estos discípulos alrededor de la mesa — Tú partes el pan, y se abren nuestros ojos. Y nuestro corazón, ese que cargaba tanto peso, de repente arde de nuevo.

¿Qué te está diciendo el Señor hoy?

The disciples on the road to Emmaus walked all afternoon beside Jesus without recognizing Him. They were sad, confused, their hearts broken by the death of their Master. And yet He walked with them. He explained the Scriptures to them. Their hearts burned within them — and they did not know why.

That is how we are, Lord. We rush from one thing to another all week without seeing You. We carry sorrows without sharing them with You. We make decisions without consulting You. We pass entire days without pausing to listen.

But You keep walking beside us. Patient. Faithful. Without reproach. Waiting for the moment when we say: "Stay with us, Lord. It is getting late."

And when we finally stop — like those disciples around the table — You break the bread, and our eyes are opened. And our hearts, carrying so much weight, suddenly burn again.

What is the Lord saying to you today?

Señor, Te presento hoy las intenciones de mi corazón. Tú conoces cada nombre, cada herida, cada necesidad que cargo. No tengo que explicártelo todo — Tú ya lo sabes. Pero lo pongo delante de Ti porque quiero que seas Tú quien actúe.

Te presento a mi familia... (pausa para nombrarlos en silencio)

Te presento a los enfermos que conozco, los que sufren en cuerpo y en alma... (pausa)

Te presento a los que se han alejado de Ti, los que han perdido la fe o la esperanza... (pausa)

Te presento mis propias cargas: lo que me preocupa, lo que me da miedo, lo que no sé cómo resolver... (pausa)

Señor, no tengo soluciones — pero Tú sí. No tengo poder — pero Tú eres el Todopoderoso. Te entrego todo esto. Confío en Ti. Hágase Tu voluntad, no la mía.

Lord, I bring before You today the intentions of my heart. You know every name, every wound, every need I carry. I do not have to explain everything — You already know. But I place it before You because I want it to be You who acts.

I present to You my family... (pause to name them in silence)

I present those who are ill, those who suffer in body and soul... (pause)

I present those who have drifted far from You, those who have lost faith or hope... (pause)

I present my own burdens: what worries me, what frightens me, what I do not know how to resolve... (pause)

Lord, I have no solutions — but You do. I have no power — but You are the Almighty. I surrender all of this to You. I trust in You. Your will be done, not mine.

Señor, gracias. Gracias por la vida, por el día de hoy, por la fe que me diste sin que yo lo mereciera. Gracias por este momento en Tu presencia — que, de todos los lugares en los que podría estar ahora mismo, estoy aquí, contigo.

Gracias por quienes me aman. Gracias por el pan de cada día. Gracias por los momentos difíciles que me han hecho crecer, aunque en su momento no lo comprendiera. Gracias por no haberme abandonado nunca, aunque yo Te haya fallado tantas veces.

Gracias por haberte quedado con nosotros en la Eucaristía. Eres el Pan del cielo. Eres el Maná que sostiene el alma cuando el desierto se hace largo. Eres el que dijiste «Yo estaré con ustedes todos los días hasta el fin del mundo» — y aquí estás, fiel a Tu palabra.

Te doy gracias, Señor. Con todo lo que soy y todo lo que tengo.

Lord, thank You. Thank You for life, for this day, for the faith You gave me without my deserving it. Thank You for this moment in Your presence — that, of all the places I could be right now, I am here, with You.

Thank You for those who love me. Thank You for daily bread. Thank You for the difficult moments that have helped me grow, even when I could not understand them at the time. Thank You for never abandoning me, even when I have failed You so many times.

Thank You for remaining with us in the Eucharist. You are the Bread of heaven. You are the Manna that sustains the soul when the desert grows long. You are the one who said "I will be with you always, to the end of the age" — and here You are, faithful to Your word.

I give You thanks, Lord. With all that I am and all that I have.

Señor, estos quince minutos han sido Tuyos. Me voy, pero Te llevo conmigo — no como un recuerdo, sino como presencia. Que Tu paz se quede en mí a lo largo de este día.

Que mis palabras sean más amables porque he estado contigo. Que mis manos sean más generosas. Que mi corazón sea más paciente. Que quienes me vean puedan reconocer, aunque sea un destello, el amor que has depositado en mí.

Señor Jesús, presente en el Santísimo Sacramento: ven a mi vida, sana mis heridas, guía mis pasos. Y un día, cuando llegue la hora, recíbeme en Tu reino para siempre.

Lord, these fifteen minutes have been Yours. I must go, but I carry You with me — not as a memory, but as a presence. May Your peace remain in me throughout this day.

May my words be kinder because I have been with You. May my hands be more generous. May my heart be more patient. May those who see me recognize, even in a glimpse, the love You have placed in me.

Lord Jesus, present in the Blessed Sacrament: come into my life, heal my wounds, guide my steps. And one day, when the hour comes, welcome me into Your kingdom forever.
